What is Mat Pilates?
Mat Pilates is based on the original exercise repertoire developed by Joseph Pilates designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles while focusing on the core. At Pilates by Natalie, we integrate small props with our mat workouts to provide challenge and/or assistance to your mat practice.
