Take a class or take a course & become a PSM® Instructor!
What is PSM®?
Pilates Suspension Method or PSM® was developed by Rebecca Beckler (Pilates 949®). It combines contemporary and traditional mat Pilates and equipment-based Pilates exercises and performs them on a suspension apparatus. Each PSM® exercise has a Pilates root and is done in many of the traditional Pilates series.
PSM® & Pilates 949® Courses
As an Advanced Certified Instructor Trainer, I am certified to teach the PSM® & Pilates 949® courses and curriculum. After taking the required courses, you may then test out and become a certified instructor. Even if you choose not to become a certified instructor, or aren’t an instructor at all, taking the courses strengthens your knowledge and understanding of the method and how you can safely and effectively apply this method to your training.
